The Training Quality Specialist supports new Sales Representatives throughout the training and certification process. This role serves as a primary point of contact for trainees, helping answer training-related questions, reviewing simulated sales calls, providing targeted coaching, and monitoring trainee progress.
The goal of this position is to ensure new hires receive timely support and actionable feedback while maintaining Tribe’s standards for sales quality, process adherence, and training completion.

Performance Expectations
Success in this role means trainees receive consistent, timely support and know exactly what they need to improve before progressing into live sales.
The Training Quality Specialist is expected to maintain strong responsiveness during scheduled working hours, complete assigned simulated call reviews within established timelines, provide specific and actionable coaching, and proactively identify trainees who need additional intervention.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable providing constructive feedback. They should have strong written communication skills, a solid understanding of the sales process and training expectations, and the ability to balance supporting new hires with holding them accountable to established standards.
This person should be approachable and encouraging while maintaining clear expectations around training completion, sales quality, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in sales, sales quality assurance, call-center quality, training, or coaching.
