The Plan: Become a Performance Coach

Here’s how you’ll make it happen:

• Coach Like a Pro: Lead one-on-one and group sessions to sharpen our PRS team’s sales skills, communication, and process mastery.
• Spot the Wins: Dive into call recordings and metrics to pinpoint what’s working and where they can grow.
• Build Skills Daily: Run roleplays, exercises, and custom plans to help them close deals the right way.
• Lift Them Up: Mentor team members through personalized coaching, helping them hit goals and wow customers.
• Team Up: Work with our leadership to keep everyone aligned and driving forward.
